Booster tile placement

There should be a 3rd option to place the booster tile down below (where federation and tech tiles are) rather than covering anything up.
Barring that, mousing over the tech tile should make it transparent so you can see what's underneath.

It would have to be covering up to be consistent.
I guess it would be a nice to have, but why does it make a difference?

Sometime you do not remember the converting rates and you have to open the preference menu, click on the scrolling box, choose the terraforming option, check the info you want, revert it back to where it was. Just a lil bit annoying.
