Board Game Arena

Help me understand what happened here. The game was played with The Princess & the Dragon tiles only.

Two players (Blue and Green) were on the road which was completed but never cleared and scored 0 in the end. It looks very much completed to me, but maybe I am missing something?

It's not completed. On the bottom end, the road goes under the city (you can see the extremities aren't connected to the city itself and go inside tunnel openings).
Since there is a Inn on that road (top right of the abbaye), it will score 0 if not completed. (see Inns & Cathedrals rules)

Ahh, I should have put on my reading glasses I see it now.

Yeah, the scoring was correct since it was not completed. I just thought it was a bug, but now I see that the road continued under the city.
