Building boom - Queen Victoria

I've only played the base game so far. What does building boom - Queen Victoria add?
Can't find any info about this anywhere (neither on BGA or BGG, or googling...). Asking since i'm curious to try the arena, but don't want to start a game not knowing the rules.

Looking through the options when creating a new game i found the explaining text under building boom: "Least expensive tile in Builders' Market is removed at end of round."
Guess this is the only change to the base game rules?

There are two variants in the glossary, page 25, which offer market churn options. The Queen Victoria variant removes the cheapest tile in the market at the end of every round, and the Emily Bronte variant refreshes the entire market at the beginning of each new season.
I highly recommend one of these at lower player counts. This prevents stagnation of the market. At higher player counts, there is sufficient activity to keep the market moving. If interested, I recently posted the following video which discusses these things:
