why cancel auction mode

The auction mode is a reinforcement for many races, without the auction mode, the joy of TM will drop by half.The only reason I opened the membership because there is a auction mode. Now that you cancel the auction, can you refund my money back?

But for future reference, the individual game developers don't have any control over the site finances/premium memberships, so they would have no power to do refunds. You would have to attempt to contact BGA directly I would assume. This is just a forum section to talk about a specific game.

In fact another auction mode (Fast Auction, like it is implemented in Gaia Project) is now available. So feel free to buy the Premium Account for a second period
