When I log into this site, which I have to do semi-regulary, it gives me a warning about my browser needing to be updated, then it gives me the option: NEVER SEE THIS MESSAGE AGAIN

I click on NEVER SEE THIS MESSAGE AGAIN, but it ALWAYS shows me that message again.

Why does it ask?

Because web-developers like to save such info in cookies, which is a really really really pointless way to store information these days.
