Can't create chess tournaments?

Hi, I was trying to create a chess tournament and got an error saying chess tournaments aren't allowed. Why is that?

probably because too many players are cheating

2 + 0 or 1 + 0 games why is not competition ? There is no time for cheat, because lost time if he/she cheat ... :)

if we cant do tourneys on bga we could do it on another platform ie chess com
we a group called TURN BASED ARENA We play chess on bga and chess , com . maybe you could could join
