In the Review Video for learning to play the game when he explains the nurse bonus he states that if you take the nurse bonus, you also cannot score points for completing this ward. This is incorrect. The nurse bonus only allows you to cross of the nurse in the ward and circle the next highest nurse bonus according to the rules.

I lost a couple games because I thought it was now pointless to complete those wards with nurses crossed off.

It wasn't until halfway through the first game that I read the rules and saw the video was incorrect. (Also, screens - circles - were not explained well either.)
