Board Game Arena

I have my global settings to have my sound on, and turned to top volume, but that is not what I experience. Instead, my sound is off and keeps turning itself off every single game, every single day. I *need* the sound to let me know when it is my turn. Some games/ people take several minutes for their turns and the sound cues me it is back to me.

How can I fix this issue?

I've got this problem for a while, and I just disabled the bga sound somehow somewhere.

I would really like to know this as well. Same issue. Also: Having to refresh a bunch of times before the indicator shows that it is my turn at one or more tables. I've gotten penalized for running out of time on games when I had no idea it was my turn.
