Why is it saying that the game is restricted to trying to create a table of Gizmos right now?

Apparently the game update is suspected of causing problems with BGA in general so they have frozen it for now.

From the Gizmos players news feed:
'The latest game update is suspected to have caused technical difficulty to BGA, so we are locking the game for now. We are investigating this issue to make the game back asap.'
