How to get developper access to bug reports?

Hi everyone, first post here
I was recently given admin access to a game on which I am implementing fix. I was able to do so, but now I would like to close tickets that are completed.
The original admin of the game told me I should have buttons at the bottom of the page for the bug, but I can only add to the report...
Is there any specific step to take?

Ask admin to give you the "maintainer" rôle/status

Ok, he told me that since I am admin I should be able to make these kinds of change... Any more info on the screen I need to reach to manage maintainers of the project?

No, admin right of the project is not relevant to the maintainer access. They are separate.
You have to ask the admin from studio support page.
