Well, I heard from a twitter source that Ark Nova Alpha should be available now but can't find any announcement on any bga forums (someone got the testing invite and I wld love to get in if anyone has any info)

Usually I just go to the Alpha forums and request admittance there, however I can't find any mention of Ark Nova in those forums either.

The rules are too strict in my opinion. Some are beta testers in real life, could report bugs, but haven't played 750 games on BGA. I was excited to play Ark Nova, but...have to wait again. But I will.
