Board Game Arena

In turn-based (non-real-time) games, my friends and I often miss chat messages sent by other players, which is annoying for co-operative games where communication is allowed. On a desktop PC, it's just too easy to overlook the tiny number on the lower right-hand corner.

Now, I could go ahead and write some custom CSS to make the "new message notification" more prominent, but before I do that, I wanted to ask if someone already did that or if there is some option I missed to make new chat message notifications in games more prominent.

(I wanted to check for duplicates before posting this suggestion, but, unfortunately, the word "chat" is ignored when searching the forum.)
