People don't pay attention to the settings

Hi,
So I played recently many games of 'Tranquility: The Ascent' with 'Apprentices and more' with either '5 panorama objectives' OR '3 panorama objectives' and 'Green path'.
In all of those games, someone with rating <100 joined. In most of those games (4/5?) that player didn't knew the rule. We played the game and lose because of it.
I said nothing in the chat.
So something look really wrong. I shouldn't be forced to ask in chat every game if the other player know the rules of the game he is joining.
There is a warning when someone which is new to a game join a game with a certain setting. I'm not sure what trigger it exactly, but it seem pretty big.
On the other hand, the options of Tranquility are displayed in the lobby (which is completely ignore by automatic players), and present in the top right of the 'start of the game' screen in red in small.
During 'Tranquility: The Ascent', there is just some signs which can show to the other player something weird is going on, but that require him to check the rules/the options of the game/ask in chat.
There is some options like in 'The Crew' which are really minor like the 'Journey length'. Knowing if it's put by default or not is not important.
On the other hand, there is some options which change dramatiquely how the game is played: I believe Season is a good example. You can play with full of new and complicated cards. Or you can play with only the basic set.
Some options should be big during the start of the game.
Alternatively, in 'Regicide', the options of the game are displayed in the top of the screen. I find it pretty nice to be able to show fastly to all players which options are going on. Having the options displayed somewhere could be nice. Maybe as a popup when the game start as 'You are playing with options X & Y' and two buttons 'ok' and 'don't show me again'.
