Board Game Arena

Since the last time I posted this, I have played roughly 100 arena mode games and in 8 of those games, at least one of my opponents was not present from the start due to the bug. The bug also happened to me twice, both today. Multiple times in these forums I offered what I think is a viable solution to the bug, and on one of my posts the mod team took off 10 points off my reputation for something petty, but did not address the content of the post. This tells me the mod team does read these, but chooses not to respond. Can I please at least get an explanation as to why nothing is being done about this bug?
