Agricola Style Drafting Variant?

I havent thought too deeply about the balancing/mechanic details but was thinking how an Agricola style drafting variant option could be interesting. Each player drafts a certain number of green and yellow tiles that only they have access to build. Dwellings would be open to everyone, but there would still just be one each of the special dwellings. You would still have to use the dwelling space to build from your own hand of tiles and pay the cost (though I could see maybe the first green tile being free like occupations in Agricola). Otherwise the game would play the same.
