Cant build stable with adventure?

Hi there,
I am playing the game and do have a 2 tile fence + 1 stable with 7/8 sheep. When I send of my adventure (Level 13) to the 4 Loot Adventure by copying the action, I am not able to build a second stable. I can't even build a stable in another of my areas. That is weird and might be a bug? This is the error I am getting: Attempting to take an action (Stables) that is not possible. If you are in an expedition, take care of the order of the loot or make sure the loot is doable.
I also chose Place Meadow Tile, Place Pasture, Stables without gain. So pretty sad as I am not able to breed that sheep for the weaving parlor
