Good thing we are adults here. No one wants to play with you when you don’t show up or you go overtime. I don’t know what you mean by the comment of not being allowed to speak. Chats go on and virtually every game I play. But I work very hard to never go overtime and always show up and play the games like I promised. Grow up

So... we should never kick anyone out of games? What if they go 30 minutes over time? What if they never take their turn because they know they will lose if they do?

You have to set a time limit somewhere, and you decide that time limit when you queue for a match. You can put it on "Slow" or "Turn Based" if you know you will take a long time to think.
