Board Game Arena

Hi,

I have created a tournament that is running since mid-february : https://boardgamearena.com/tournament?id=189481
well, was running, because nothing more is running now

In this tournament, a game did not end properly : boardgamearena.com/9/itsawonderfulworld?table=347299816

One of the player report the bug. The game developer replied it is not coming from the game but from BGA instead.

So i Created a "BGA" bug report : https://boardgamearena.com/bug?id=81965

it was the 22nd of february,
Nothing happened since then, the issue is not even ackowledged. All the other games of the tournaments are finished. Everything is blocked due to this BGA bug.

so is there anybody that provide any kind of support for blocking issues like that ? if yes, who, how, when ?

I tried my best on this, but the tournament system is sometimes a difficult beast to tame.

Resolving the broken table provoked a chain reaction, where:
- Bindie and TwistedTea were not selected for the next tournament encounter
- zhunandelong, who has withdrawn the tournament, was still matched against ScottoftheRC

Once games are started, this is not something which can be changed - so we have to continue like this.

Sadly we have to continue like this, if we want the tournament to end properly.

The tournament could go furhtermore. However, after the final match, the tournament is not "closed". No winners and rewards are given.
