Luxurious Hostel and Butler?

Do luxurious hostel and butler work together? Luxurious hostel says you can't get other bonus points for a stone house, but butler doesn't say anything about a stone house, so isn't bonus points specifically for a stonehouse (but obviously will be in a stone house if playing it with hostel).
