How to use Halicarnassus B side

Hi guys i'm pretty new, I have read in a lot of forum that Halycarnassus B side is OP. When i took i hate it and i always lose. Could someone can explain me how to play? Cause i find always usless to play shitty discharged cards.

In 7 Wonders the stadard play is to go for red or green. Hyli is so oppressive because even discarding dosen't stop it. It's able to pick up a green card that it couldn't play like it never happened. At the same time it can always pressure oponnents with playing the red from discard pile and taking a lot of points. It's simply the best wonder to play green and it dosen't even stop there.

Play almost entirely Green.
If it gets interrupted, keep playing green and add red.
If you happen to be next to heavy war wonders, add blue instead.
At the current 5P count it is a lock for at least 3rd.
