can anybody help me,I dont wanna play a game without minors and occupations. where i find this in the settings?

Competitive setting : beginner

So some clarity, I'm in my first game and these cards are missing(minor and occupation) because I created the table as a beginner game. So all players are missing these cards or is it just me? Thanks.

In the beginner setting, no one has cards in hand. The only cards used are the major improvements.
