What is the name of the noble of the Noble tile (black3,white3,blue3)

I believe it is Elisabeth d'Autriche.

But,
On the BGA screen it is Elisabeth (Empress of Austria).

Which is correct?
Please give me your opinion.

Who is "Elisabeth Dortlish"? Do you mean "d'Autriche" (i.e. "of Austria")?

It's definitely more https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Elisabeth ... _of_France than https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Empress_E ... of_Austria
