I want to leave a tournament... can I?

I joined this tournament several weeks ago:

I had never before played a 6 nimmt! tournament that was turn-based on logic mode (where you have to draft your hand one card at a time). OK, I could have guessed, but IT TAKES FOREVER.
6 games played so far. Another 14 to go in the tournament... 4 out of 6 have ended prematurely because someone timed out. Once it was me (I was on holiday and you can't use time jokers for tournaments).
It just isn't enjoyable. There's no point trying to play properly because the game will probably time out and all but one player will be counted as 1st.
I would happily take a 10-point karma hit to be able to leave this tournament. Maybe even 20 points. Is it possible to leave??
