Is there a match making filter or approval with premium subscription. Meaning I can choose who I play games with or set a min. level of rating or points. The game is so much different when there are players who have no clue how to play. It really ruins playing the game. I am all about them playing, but in a 4 player game their decision effect so much of the game.

Yes you can set a minimum karma rating or an ELO based on the different tiers (good, strong, master, ...). Not sure if it's a premium thing though.
