How to relocate archeologists? And is this a main action?

I'm trying to relocate one of my archeologists, but no amount of clicking seems to help. How do you do it? And is it considered a main action, or do you have to perform a main action first? I thought we could relocate to any discovered area as long as there was space.

You can relocate archeologist only with help of a card, you cannot relocate archeologist as your main action. When you place your worker, it stays there until the end of a round, unles you have a card that says otherwise.

Why cant we move archeologist multiple times in a round when we still have cards with travel icons?
