Loss of reputation

I left myself an hour to play a game of wizard. I plate 17 min. Another player played 17 min. And the third player played 26 min! I ended up having to leave the game because I had to get my kids from school. Even though I repeatedly asked this player if the could play faster. Now I lose points, lose reputation. I don’t think that is very fair.
