I find it really helpful to play a move and see where the cats end up, but sometimes the move gets confirmed before I'm ready because the time is so short. Would be nice to have a longer timer, a way to pause the timer (like in Point Salad), or an option to make confirmation manual instead of automatic.

This would be fantastic. Otherwise you just have to kind of do your turn, then undo it in 5 seconds and redo it ad infinitum.

Yes, this would be a great addition.

Yes please, any of these. 10 seconds is sometimes not nearly enough to consider whether a move is a mistake.
