Very quick asynchronous games group

Lately my job got very boring, most of the time I'm just waiting for clients. It's not enough for learning new things or reading books, but it is insufferable for me and just enough to make move in games like Memoir 44 or Rallyman GT. Basically games where you don't need to plan every move 3 turns ahead. Even if I'm not at work i check my phone more than once every hour.
The problem is I don't like thousands of open tables. In most cases it means i don't have too much to do while I'm at work, but I have to make a move before bed at every table.
That's why I plan to create group for people like me - people who would love to have few games running and almost always some moves to make. Are there any people who would make many moves per day (asynchronous table set for 8 moves per day at least) who want to play for fun and need sparing partners? Should we create such group?
Consider the fact that I'm in Europe and don't work night shifts.
