Board Game Arena

I just started playing this game, and I can't figure out this scoring situation.

I played "Galactic Survey: Seti"
Which says that the points per turn are [(My Explore + 1) + (Explore of one other player)]. Correct?

It was a 2 player game, and the total amount of Explore on the board is 12, so I was expecting 13 points.
However, it appears that I only received 12 points from this card instead of 13. Is this a bug, or did I calculate wrong?

You got it wrong, it's [(My Explore) + (Explore of other player)].

It says: 1/eye+1/eye other player, meaning: 1 per your own eye icon, and 1 per eye icon of one other player.
