Studio team not answering to emails

I've contacted the studio team by email (studio AT domain name) several times over the past few weeks for critical studio issues I encountered while working on Draconis Invasion.
I got no answer so far. I know the team is very busy and that some delay is expected, but my first email was almost two months ago. Is it a usual delay now or could it be that my emails never reach them ?

I have an issue dating back to August 2022, sometimes they just don't want to know. Some kind of favouritism I guess.
The new ticketing system does little to help you know where things have got stuck.

Thanks, but unfortunately no. I need a server admin to fix some issues that prevent me from accessing my game files.

I too have been waiting since Nov 8 2022. Cannot update or add images to a game in Alpha.
It also takes months to hear back about Alpha requests.
I think they are really swamped .
Alpha and Beta request tickets are through manage game for the game, but how can I get a request ticket for other issues?

Thanks ufm for the info about all the games in Alpha during the server crash being broken.
The link you gave us will probably get my concerns answered quicker. thx
