I ask wanting to know. I see some games that barely last days and I see others, like this game, with many players, continuous opened games, without failures for months, having tournaments that are still there. any idea @een o @sourisdudesert?

You need the publisher green light to go to beta, that's very likely to be the issue with most games stuck in alpha

I'm the game publisher and we gave our green light since quite a while. It's just that we don't receive any answer... First request to leave Beta was sent mid-January, and we still did not get ANY answer, not even a short 'sorry, we are really busy but we will keep you informed'...

As there are nearly 100 games waiting for official release, BGA will not answer the publisher unless the official release date is finalized.
Most of games wait months, and some wait even a year...

I strongly suggest to send a new email every month or so then.

I'm sorry for the long delay. We are changing the way to handle correspondence with the publishers and in the process your emails got missed. That being said, this is still only my fault and I'm sorry about it. I'll check it out and send an answer asap, but generally we fully release games with announcements and we prioritize titles with better beta audience, which unfortunately puts some titles in a bad position. Currently the best way to release such titles is through calendar events and the next one will be in the summer. We would find a better way to more quickly release those lower audience games when we redesign the homepage.
