Maintain Color Choice

I get there are some reasons why programming everyone to keep their own color isn't desirable. There are a handful of games that it might be more confusing, if two players are talking and need to refer to a specific player color. But these are rare.
MUCH more important is that we have a color we are used to and have chosen (and paid for) and then games get ruined because we are not the color we expect to be. Yes, I've used the notes to remind myself, but sometimes a new game starts and I don't realize. And the vast majority of games, it would be SOOOO much easier to know you are always your color: Can't Stop; Thurn and Taxis for example
And there are many others, especially cooperative games where it can do no harm: Potion Explosion; Just One etc.
There is no reason that by now this can't be done for the vast, vast majority of games.
PLEASE DO THIS. It's so frustrating to blow a game with no "undo" because of a mistake that would never be made in f2f gaming because of this.
And I know this has been discussed before, but apparently to no avail.
