Doomsday Machine movement rules

I was able to add a DDM to my current 2p game (367023242). I wanted to check on the movement rules as it's not clear how it is deciding where to move each turn. Thanks.

I don't know why I missed it the first time, but the movement rules are in the rules under section 17.
