Bonjour,
https://boardgamearena.com/faq?anchor=f ... reputation,

Hmm... that's strange. Even when you lose, your K factor should still be non-zero (see e.g.
https://boardgamearena.com/table?table=369411200). Still, as long as you lose, you won't gain any ELO, but I would contact support, something seems to be wrong with your stats (or I'm missing something).

tant que l'Elo est inférieur à 100 il ne peut pas baisser.

Even in a close loss against s strong opponent, your ELO will only go down. The exception is after your first game, if you lose you gain 1 elo point, I think this is to distinguish players who have never played with those who have played but never won yet. And when your elo is between 0-100, it can only go up. Once it is above 100, it will never go below 100. So, I don’t think there is actually a problem.

OK, I think I understand now, actually I have the same in another game where I lost my first two matches. It seems the K factor = 0 is just a tweak to make sure you don't lose ELO below 100. When you win a match you'll see a non-zero K factor.

So i need to win at least one match to have my K factor equal to 60.
This means that as long as you don't win a match your ELO = 1.

My guess is that when you are below 100 and lose, your K factor is temporarily set to 0, so you don't lose any ELO. (With "temporarily" I mean for that match only.)

Today I won a match because my opponent left before the end. My K factor is now 2.
Where are the rules of the K factor for the castle of Burgundy ?

I think you're confusing K factor and ELO.
You never see your K factor (it's just a number that's hidden behind the scenes that can modify ELO gain). You could calculate your K factor after seeing how your ELO changes, but I think Board Game Arena ever shows it to you.
ELO is what you're seeing. Your ELO is currently at 2, not your K factor.
And the reason it didn't go up much is because you didn't play a full game. You can see a % progress number when you're playing a game, and if a game ends early, you only get that % of the ELO you would have gotten.
It looks like that game never really started so was probably at 0 or 1% progress, so you only gained 1 ELO bringing you to 2 (and your opponent had an ELO of 0, so you were expected to win anyway).
