Any way to prevent timeout in campaign?

Hey All,

My group has been playing campaign with 1 turn/day rules. While we aren't at the max speed, the game does take awhile to get through. We recently had a game "end" due to one of the players hitting 60 days of thinking time (not at one time... just total). We were on Game 18, and didn't want for it to end... Is there anyway to either 1) resume this, or 2) prevent this from happening in the future by perhaps starting new games somehow?

Start a new campaign and set the gamespeed to „without timelimit“ (switch the button to the whole left side).
