I don't understand why i can't put my mapple on the Guardhouse actions. The action is not activated and i didn't catch on the rule why it's forbidden :/

Which action do you want to take on the Guardhouse?

Action 1: you have no workers captured
Action 2: you have no workers in prison to release
Action 3: you have no workers in other players' boards to release
Action 4: you have no coins to pay your debt

So because you cannot take the action it won't propose it as an option.

The easiest way to get your workers back is by capturing your own workers with the Town Centre. But you don't have any coins to pay for that at the moment.

It was the first action
