not sure if this is intentional or not, but the number 11 is always in the very center of the board (if it's not a desert)
I've seen 10 games in a row where the number 11 is in the center, and the probablity of that is very very small.

On the contrary, the probability is very high, because the layout of the numbers is fixed, only the terrains are randomized. Unless you use the "with random numbers" variant.

This is how the spiral number placement method works. In the physical copy of the game, the numbers have letters behind them. you start from one corner and place the numbers in a spiral starting with A. The last number in the sequence is 11 so it always ends up in the middle unless the desert is there.
