Question: want to join a Gizmos-tournament. Have 100 ELO, but can't join because the BGA tells me I don't have ELO 100. What's the problem here?

The same thing has happened to me before too. I assumed it was a rounding error, because I was able to join once my ELO was above 100.

It is rounding your ELO to 100. If you hover over your ELO after your last Gizmos result you can see it's actually 99.52
