Board Game Arena

I am having an issue with being able to see my game records.
It tells me I have to have an account for 24 hours and play at least 2 games. I believe I have met that criteria but still cannot see.

I didn't know there were requirements of "having an account for 24 hours and play at least 2 games". Yes, it seems to me that you meet the criteria.

I noticed all your games ended by conceding or abandon, maybe you need to have 2 games that finish otherwise so that it works? (It's just an idea, it may have nothing to do with it.)

It is because of the games not fully ending. But instead being conceded.

So hopefully I can get some opponents not to concede and i myself won't concede for at least two games.
