I am trapped

my opponent put an infinite wait on a move. but stopped playing. it doesn't exit and doesn't continue. now I'm trapped. What should I do so that my karma points are not taken away from me?

If it's a training mode game, then there is no time limit, players are free to play how they want.
You can quit or concede training mode games without a penalty.
There is a warning to only play training mode game with friends.

this is not training, I just went into the box in another player's game. now he left me there alone. I've been sitting there for 2 hours now.

It is a training mode game, it says so under the table configuration and you can tell because there is no time limit for players. You can quit without penalty.
