Board Game Arena

I started a catan game, and everyones first 2 settlements are already placed, (my color aswell), is this a bug or is there some option that affects this?

Some tables are configured as followed :
Terrain tile layout > Starting setup (Starting map for beginners)

In such case, your settlement are automatically placed from the beginning.
