Cannot complete Tutorial - cannot scroll right

Is anyone else finding this problem. I am just trying to complete the tutorial. I am on round 3 and it says to place the heir card to the right of the re cards. However, it will not allow me to scroll to the right to complete the action, therefore I cannot complete doing an ambush.
