Hey BGA, I just learned that there are players who cheat at backgammon and you KNOW who it is. I only say one thing: I will stop paying for my premium account (and I will encourage all my friends to do the same) if you do not DROP these people out of here.

BGA is ignoring this since way too long and only a 0 tolerance policy for cheaters will help the site live long!

I did not renew my premium subscription because of this issue. Full support to Marco23. BGA needs to step up and eliminate repeat cheaters from this site!

I made the situation accessible to all in BGA general forum / discussions / Convicted cheaters unpunished in Arena

so the following actions were taken and then what's left to get considered?

- Send multiple individual reports about the many accounts and games involved and the insults in pm (all convicted guilty by BGA)
- Informed few high ranked players (Being third because 2 cheaters took the higher seats is unacceptable).
- Shared and chat in backgammon forum
- Informed and talked to the developer (super nice guy) who explained he is almost helpless as an external volunteering developer.
- Contacted 2 moderators in private message with no answer (to date hopefully)
- Wrote a more general subject about it on the general forum /Discussions / Convicted cheaters unpunished in Aren

I believe that the absence of penalty, to date, I wish, is due to unawareness rather than processes or rules about not punishing the same player twice for the same thing.
