I am unable to contact or communicate BGA in regard to unexpected annual billing.
The email sent said:
"We are going to renew your membership on May 14th 2023"
I thought nothing of it and I was excited about getting some sort of bonus free membership. NO WHERE in the email did it say they would "BILL" me, "CHARGE" me.
I am certain they flipped the switch without informing me I was getting "CHARGED".

Not what I wanted. Not the way I set this up.

I just canceled the "SUBSCRIPTION" nowhere in this effort was there a place to comment on what took place.
How do I rip out my card from the system?

They make a living off of written rules.

When you sign up for a BGA subscription, this is a subscription plan that will renew on the anniversary, monthly or yearly depending on the plan you have chosen, of the date you subscribed. You may cancel this subscription renewal at any time prior to the renewal and remain Premium until the paid- for membership is due to renew. If you have done this, there is then no further charge. Alternatively, if you prefer not to take out a subscription, you can purchase two months or a year of BGA membership through Paypal, which is not a subscription plan.

If the email you received is unclear, please help us improve our communications by telling us exactly which part of the email was unclear and how you suggest we could formulate this email more precisely.

BGA exists thanks to your support.

We are going to renew your membership on May 23rd 2023, so you can continue to access Premium games one more year and enjoy all the other Premium exclusive features. Please note that this membership can be cancelled anytime from 'Preferences' / 'My Account' section.
