Questions I can't find answers to in the FAQ or searching:
1 - For tournaments that have specific playing hours set, how do I know the timezone of the hours? Is it displayed as my timezone, is it always a 'global' BGA timezone?
2 - If a player runs out of time in a tournament game, is it the same mechanic where the other player(s) have to expel them from the game? Will it eventually resolve automatically somehow, or will it wait forever if the other player(s) don't expel them? (I can see a tournament game now where one player is out of time by 1+ hours, but the game hasn't ended)
