Same opponents each round in the later rounds

I'm not sure if this is an issue in other tournaments, but it's happening in this one https://boardgamearena.com/tournament?id=154738
In rounds 14-17 I've had the same opponents, and in other groups it seems similar. 1st plays last and second last, 2nd plays the 3rd and 4th last, etc.

This is exactly the opposite of how Swiss system tournaments are supposed to work! It is clearly a bug, which I reported here:
