Can someone explain why did the other party got points added and I deducted?

If I loose to someone with less ÉLŐ points then I loose a lot, if there is a draw against a higher ÉLŐ then why do I get deduction????

From what I see, it was a perfect tie and you won +3 ELO points and the other guy loose -3 ELO points, this seems perfectly normal.
