I build Power Plant 112. It allows to travel in time up to 2 eras and give 1 VP.
My question: is it possible to use this in the first round with setting focus 0 eras in past and receving the VP?

No, you have to BOTH move your focus marker to a past era AND remove a warp time, to get points from a time travel action.

this is not the time travel action in itself, this is putting a worker on a building. it should give you 1 VP, even if you don't time travel.
