Curious about random cards

For the random Card settings, you have a bunch of options, such as Allow Base, Allow Racing Season, and Allow Promo. I'm wondering if none are selected does it treat it as though all were selected or just base? (I don't know enough about the game to identify which came from what set so even if trying it out myself I wouldn't know)

I don't know of any promo cards nor do I see an option for allow promo, but if you pull up the rulebook for the game (located on the Automobiles homepage - on the left below the arena rankings) starting on pg.11 it explains the base game card sets and each individual card. Hopefully this will help you with figuring out the card sets.
Far as what happens if you select no card sets.....IDK. Something to test/try out I guess.
