What is a "Risky Action"?

In the game stats, one category is "Number of Risky Actions Activated". What is this? I'm guessing this might be some kind of poor translation?

Risky Actions are actions attached to the locations in trails, like "drop 1 grey cow, then get 2 coins and 1credit". They are named "Risky Actions" since you may need to go through many green and black hands.
